Show Hours
Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - Registration is open from 5pm to 7pm.
Thursday, March 22, 2012 - Registration and open gaming begin at 9:00am. Scheduled events begin at Noon.
Friday, March 23, 2012 - Registration opens at 7:30am
Saturday, March 24, 2012 - Registration opens at 7:30am
Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Registration opens at 7:30am. The show closes at 6pm.
Please note that Gary Con has 24-hour gaming access to the convention center from 9am on Thursday to 6pm on Sunday.
Hotel Information
The rates at the Lodge at Geneva Ridge are currently $79 for Wednesday nights through Saturday nights and a promotional rate of $49 for Sunday night. For those that do not wish to stay Sunday but who wish to close out the convention, the hotel is offering late check-out at 3pm for no charge and 7pm for a $25 charge.
Please note that the hotel rates will be going up January 1, 2012, to $89 a night for Wednesday through Saturday, so please make your reservations early! The hotel has a no penalty cancellation policy as long as you cancel 72 hours prior to arrival. We expect the hotel to sell-out this year, so please book early!
